AnimeX may display metadata, artwork, links, embeds, or streams supplied by third-party services. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
3. Acceptable use
Do not circumvent access controls, overload upstream services, distribute malware, infringe rights, or access non-public systems.
4. Third-party services
Third-party links and embeds have their own terms and privacy practices. AnimeX does not control their availability or policies.
5. Intellectual property
AnimeX branding and original code are protected by law. Third-party media belongs to its respective owners.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AnimeX disclaims warranties and indirect loss.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
